Sylvester Fonseca is an accomplished cinematographer graduating from the prestigious Film and Television Institute of India (FTII) in 2013 and has since made his mark in the film industry.
Sylvester's impressive body of work includes the highly acclaimed ‘Amar Singh Chamkila’ by Imtiaz Ali which released on Netflix in early 2024. Another noteworthy film 'Kennedy,' had its premiere at the 76th Cannes Film Festival is the culmination of a long-standing collaboration with one of India's finest storytellers, Anurag Kashyap. Sylvester's impressive portfolio also features noteworthy projects like Sacred Games, Manmarziyaan and Choked. His debut feature, Island City, was well-received at the 72nd Venice International Film Festival.
In addition to his film and series work, Sylvester is also a prolific contributor to the advertising industry, collaborating with leading directors to create some of the most memorable and successful advertising campaigns.
